Pink Flowers Martini
A short drink with complex aromas. This cocktail will obviously thrill your taste buds!





Ingredients
4,5cl Génépi l'Ancienne
1,5cl 1883 Pink Grapefruit syrup
1,5cl Pink grapefruit juice
2cl egg white
3 cardamom seeds
Crushed cardamom seeds with a muddler in a small shaker tin. Pour all the liquids. Proceed to a dry shake (without ice) to emulsify egg white. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Double strain (with an hawthorne and a fine strainer) in a chilled Martini glass.Garnish with a pink grapefruit peel and cardamom seeds.
